Перекрестное Владение Собственностью Как Механизм Вертикальной Интеграции На Рынках Товара И Капитала

Abstract

В отчете отражены следующие результаты: 1. Сформулирована и исследована математическая модель вертикальной интеграции и взаимного кредитования для двух предприятий, связанных перекрестным владением собственностью, насколько возможно максимально приближенная к реальности российской экономики. 2. Доказано, что при определенной пропорции распределения собственности рассмотренный механизм обеспечивает устойчивость долгосрочных контрактов на товарном рынке и долгосрочных взаимных льготных инвестиций в снижение издержек производства. 3. Разработана методика практического расчета граничных пропорций распределения собственности, исходя из функции издержек производства на каждом из пары предприятий. Результатами дальнейших исследований по этой тематике должны стать практические рекомендации по эффективным механизмам функционирования финансово-промышленных групп.
