Возможности Товарного Наполнения Региональных Рынков В Период Становления Рыночной Экономики

Abstract

В данной работе рассматривается проблема товарной наполненности региональных рынков, в т.ч. в части экономико-социальных и политических факторов. Сформулированы рекомендации по созданию механизма обеспечения насыщенности рынка товарами в первую очередь через товарные интервенции с помощью местных резервных товарных фондов. Приводятся предложения по формированию и функционированию таких фондов.
