Abstract

Работа посвящена проблемам экологического регулирования природопользования и окружающей природной среды в условиях перехода к рынку. Сформулированы основные положения выхода страны из экологического кризиса. Проанализирована система мероприятий по регулированию окружающей природной среды и природопользования и результаты ее применения в 1991-1993 гг. Обоснована необходимость реформирования налоговой системы России в направлении ее экологизации, которая позволит совместить нужды финансовой стабилизации и рыночной либерализации с требованиями экологического оздоровления.
