Abstract

В отчете рассматриваются методологические проблемы формирования структур финансово-промышленных групп, а также важные для экспертизы проекты математических моделей. Обсуждаются следующие вопросы: Формирование системы интересов и взаимодействие при синтезе владения капиталом; Взаимозависимость интересов и проблема внутренних инвестиций для технологической цепочки предприятий; Процесс принятия стратегических решений и эффект взаимодействия интересов участников в финансово-промышленных группах, включающих технологические цепочки; Математические модели взаимодействия интересов участников финансово-промышленной группы в процессе стратегического планирования.
