Abstract

В работе рассматриваются проблемы финансово-промышленных групп в постиндустриальной экономике; основные проблемы переходного периода; роль финансово-промышленных групп как инструмента промышленной политики и решения проблем переходного периода; основные механизмы и пути формирования финансово-промышленных групп. Обсуждается также проект постановления правительства Российской Федерации "О принципах формирования финансово-промышленных групп в приоритетных отраслях промышленности", подготовленный Государственным комитетом РФ по промышленной политике.
