Abstract

Предлагаемая работа является продолжением исследований, проведенных лабораторией в 1991-1992 гг. В работе анализируется опыт применения различных экономических и административных методов воздействия на виновников трансграничного переноса. Предложен механизм экономического и правового регулирования переноса вредных примесей. Категория экономического ущерба, наносимого загрязнением, дополнена новым содержанием с учетом рыночных взаимоотношений в национальной экономике.
