Abstract

Отчет состоит из двух разделов. Первый раздел посвящен обсуждению общеэнергетических проблем: концепция "амбиций"; энергия и материалы; особенности экономического развития и потребления энергии. Во втором разделе рассматриваются вопросы о нефтегазовом комплексе России и структурных сдвигах в производстве и потреблении материалов. Рассматривается современное состояние нефтяного комплекса России и СНГ, роль энергетического фактора в интеграционных хозяйственных процессах на территории бывшего СССР, вопросы структурной перестройки и нефтегазовый комплекс.
