Abstract

В работе дается анализ современной эколого-экономической ситуации в России и вытекающих из неё особенностей разработки экологической стратегии в период перехода к рынку с выделением теоретических и практических аспектов её разработки и реализации. Сформулированы основные задачи формирования экономического механизма управления природопользованием в период перехода к рыночной экономике, важнейшими из которых являются приватизация, экологическая экспертиза, создание рыночной инфраструктуры регулирования глобального изменения окружающей среды. Предложены первоочередные мероприятия по решению вышеуказанных проблем.
