Abstract

В работе рассмотрен комплекс методологических и методических проблем, связанных с построением экологически отрегулированных макропоказателей, проанализированы предлагаемые зарубежными исследователями подходы к их решению. Предложен приближенный метод оценки потерь национального богатства от экологических нарушений. Рассмотрены различные варианты корректировок макроэкономических показателей, отличающиеся отражением потерь, которые несет общество из-за функционирования производства в загрязненной среде, и потерь, которые оно наносит будущим поколениям. Среди первоочередных направлений дальнейших исследований - разработка методов экологического регулирования динамического межотраслевого баланса, а также методов экологизации бухгалтерского баланса.
