Abstract

В отчете представлены научные разработки сотрудников института, занимающихся проблемами становления рыночных отношений в Российской Федерации. Одним из основных результатов исследования является вывод о настоятельной необходимости ограничения роста свободных потребительских цен, хотя бы на продукты первой необходимости. Что касается оптовых цен на промышленную продукцию, то они должны быть регулируемыми, по крайней мере, до выхода экономики страны из кризисного состояния. Особое внимание следует обратить на средства производства для сельского хозяйства. Непомерный рост цен на технику, удобрения и другую необходимую оснастку сельскохозяйственных предприятий ведет к росту цен на продукты питания и промышленного потребления.
