Abstract

Отмечаются характерные свойства экономических оценок природопользования, особенности их использования и пути совершенствования методов определения одной из основных оценок – замыкающих затрат. Анализируются специфические черты выработки согласованной политики всех участников процесса природопользования с различными интересами. Предлагается процедура переговорного процесса на базе экономических оценок для получения взаимоприемлемых решений как процесс разгосударствления в управлении природопользованием.
