Abstract

В отчете рассматриваются закономерности структурной перестройки промышленности конструкционных полимерных материалов, воздействие различных условий на развитие отрасли. Сравниваются различные подходы к прогнозированию: методы экспертных оценок и экстраполяции, рассматриваются наиболее существенные условия, влияющие на структурную перестройку отрасли. Представлен также долгосрочный прогноз развития производства и потребления пластмасс на территории бывшего СССР на период до 2017 г.
