Abstract

В научном отчете разработаны теоретико-методологические положения концепции экономической безопасности национальной промышленности. Выявлены «проблемные» направления развития отечественной промышленности с учетом требований технологической безопасности и самодостаточности. Обоснована необходимость усиления присутствия государства в экономике посредством прямого или косвенного участия преимущественно в инфраструктурных проектах, проектах модернизации или восстановлений базовых (машиностроение, приборостроение и т.п.) отраслей. Определены и обоснованы приоритетные направления импортозамещения в рамках обеспечения экономической безопасности.
