Abstract

Целью данной работы является разработка проектов нормативных актов и методических документов по страхованию экологической ответственности. Разработка этих документов осуществляется на основе обобщения исследований по оценке аварийного и систематического риска и анализа нормативно-правового и экономического обеспечения имущественной ответственности за загрязнение окружающей среды. В отчете сформулированы основные положения института экономико-правового регулирования экологической ответственности функционирования хозяйствующих субъектов в современных условиях модернизации отечественной экономики на инновационной основе. Особо значимыми являются методические разработки в области обоснования параметрических характеристик страхования риска неблагоприятного антропогенного воздействия на компоненты окружающей среды.
