Abstract

Обеспечение экологически устойчивого развития является стратегией, обеспечивающей рачительное использование истощаемых природных ресурсов и снижение негативного антропогенного воздействия на окружающую среду во всем мире. Ее реализация является важной задачей и для Российской Федерации. В отчете осуществлен анализ экономико-правовых отношений в рамках эколого-экономических и институциональных инструментов устойчивого развития. Переход к устойчивому развитию связан с глубокими экономическими преобразованиями. Показаны конкретные механизмы реализации отдельных положений законодательных документов, связанных с эколого-экономическими проблемами. Предложены принципы совершенствования и формирования законодательных документов, направленных на стимулирование перехода к экологически устойчивому развитию.
