Abstract

В отчете охарактеризованы теоретические представления о рентных доходах в классической и российской политэкономии, проанализирован зарубежный опыт по формированию механизма рентных отношений в нефтедобыче и пра-вовое регулирование недропользования и рентных (налоговых) отношений в России, раскрыта организация производства в НГК, обобщены применяемые подходы к расчетам по изъятию рентных доходов и на этой основе было уточ-нено понятие горной ренты в системе рентных доходов, проведена ее оценка при нефтедобыче на примере «Роснефти» и России в целом в 2008 году.
