Abstract

В рамках решения проблемы разработки эколого-экономического механизма регулирования постиндустриального развития России рассмотрены вопросы экономического стимулирования рационального использования природных ресурсов, определены основные принципы формирования финансового механизма обеспечения воспроизводства и охраны природных ресурсов. Рассмотрены также вопросы экономической оценки природных ресурсов и ее использования для расчета ставок и платежей, в частности, для совершенствования налоговой системы.
