Abstract

В рамках решения проблемы разработки эколого-экономического механизма регулирования постиндустриального развития России рассмотрено состояние природно-ресурсного потенциала России, определены основные принципы этого механизма в условиях глобализации мировой экономики, сформулированы нормативно-правовые основы экологически устойчивого хозяйствования. Рассмотрены также особенности эколого-экономической политики в рыночной экономике; институциональные предпосылки выработки этой политики; экономико-правовые проблемы, возникающие в сфере природопользования и, наконец, вопросы совершенствования налогообложения в сфере природоэксплуатирующих отраслей. Отмечается, что одной из основных причин низкой эффективности и разобщенности процесса природопользования в стране является законодательство, делаются предложения по его совершенствованию.
