Динамика Основных Макроэкономических Параметров И Совершенствование Методов Государственного Управления Экономикой

Abstract

В отчете содержится анализ динамики основных макроэкономических показателей под углом зрения усиления методов государственного управления экономическими процессами. Сохраняющаяся до сих пор сырьевая гипертрофия экономики определяет высокоинерционный тип ее развития и чрезвычайную сложность перехода на инновационную стратегию. В связи с этим приобретают все большую актуальность задачи эффективной инвестиционной политики и структурной перестройки. Особое внимание в работе уделяется проблемам экономического роста, прогноза динамики мировых цен на нефть, инфляции. Развернуто характеризуются глубинные причины роста цен в российской экономике, анализируется динамика цен по основным товарным группам и некоторым отраслям. С учетом крайней актуальности задачи структурной перестройки экономики в ближайшие годы, исследуется развитие информационно-коммуникационных технологий как основы инновационной стратегии экономического роста.
