Abstract

В работе рассматриваются вопросы изменений в функционировании банков под влиянием современных информационных технологий. Такие изменения характерны и для других частей кредитно-расчетной базы рыночной инфраструктуры. Показано значение информационных технологий для более эффективного обслуживания банками клиентов и для совершенствования внутрибанковских инструментов функционирования. Приведены примеры улучшения в работе отдельных банков под влиянием внедрения информационных технологий. Даны рекомендации по расширению опыта применения информационных технологий на всю банковскую систему.
