Abstract

Предлагается рассматривать экономическую ренту в качестве компенсации негативных последствий использования природных ресурсов на всех стадиях их переработки – от добычи до потребления конечных продуктов. Проводится количественный анализ рентных доходов и суммы природоохранных затрат и экономического ущерба от экологических нарушений. Сделан вывод о близости их числовых значений на данном этапе развития экономики. Показано, что экологическое использование природной ренты ведет к структурной перестройке и повышению эффективности экономики. Предложены методические решения по экологизации бухгалтерской отчетности, отличающиеся более полным и детальным отражением производственной и природоохранной деятельности в отчетности предприятия и позволяющие принимать оперативные решения. Экологизированный бухгалтерский баланс по предложенной схеме построен для крупного промышленного предприятия.
