Abstract

В настоящей работе анализируется действенность инструментов финансово-денежной и структурной политики правительства, взятых из арсенала либеральной доктрины и регулирующих работу предприятий, с позиции подготовки вступления России в глобальное сообщество стран на правах равного партнера. Содержание работы включает в себя анализ результатов вступления в силу нового Налогового кодекса, изменений в амортизационной политике, ускорения процессов банкротства предприятий и передела собственности; анализ проблем финансирования НТП и создания инвестиционного сектора; реструктуризации естественных монополий. В результате в работе предложены рекомендации по повышению эффективности финансовой системы, рыночных преобразований и государственных мер, лежащих в основе интенсивного воспроизводства отечественного производительного капитала
