Abstract

В отчете рассматриваются и анализируются основные результаты хозяйственной деятельности официально зарегистрированные финансово-промышленные группы за 2000 год, обосновываются основные направления государственной промышленной политики по повышению их эффективности работы в переходной экономике. Обосновывается тезис о возможности и целесообразности использования ФПГ как наиболее приемлемых экономических института переходного периода и построения рыночных отношений. Предлагаются критерии выбора информационной политики ФПГ, как процесса разработки комплекса мероприятий по обеспечению эффективного взаимодействия предприятий-партнеров, входящих в единую корпоративную структуру, планированию и организации рекламы, стимулированию сбыта с учетом методики применения электронных интернет-технологий при построении информационно-маркетинговых систем.
