Abstract

В работе рассматриваются вопросы валютного сотрудничества и валютной интеграциии стран СНГ. На основе анализа международного опыта сделан вывод об исключительной важности вопросов валютной интеграции для успешного решения проблем экономической интеграции в целом. Показано, что проблемам валютного сотрудничества и интеграции до сего времени в рамках СНГ не уделялось достаточного внимания. Разработан первый вариант концепции развития валютной интеграции стран СНГ. В качестве первого этапа валютной интеграции в рамках Содружества предусматривается создание системы многосторонних расчетов стран СНГ. На основе разработанных предложений по созданию Системы международных расчетов проведены экспериментальные расчеты по двум вариантам системы: системы, охватывающей все товары во взаимной торговле стран СНГ системы, включающей в себя расчеты только по так называемым "мягким" товарам.
