Abstract

В работе обосновываются основные принципы страхования риска загрязнения окружающей природной среды, доказывающие экономическую и правовую целесообразность развития экологического страхования как составной части эколого экономических преобразований в стратегии устойчивого развития. Стимулирование формирования этого направления страховой и природоохранной деятельности зависит от разработки действенных законодательных документов, включающих необходимые экономические предпосылки. Разрабатываются методологические и методические документы экологического страхования для предприятий источников повышенной экологической опасности. Обосновывается возможность использования части страховых средств как дополнительного источника финансовых ресурсов охраны окружающей среды.
