Abstract

В отчете проанализированы принципиальные признаки наступления стабилизации и перехода к подъему экономики. Отличие утерянного прежнего уровня и реального продвижения к нему от действительного дальнейшего развития. Рассмотрена смена условий перехода к рыночной экономике от ликвидированной советской. Обозначены основные объекты, непосредственно отвечающие условиям системного планирования и прогнозирования их деятельности, а также примерная очередность подключения к СОФЭ основных экономических объектов.
