В докладе предложен концептуальный подход к формированию институтов и механизмов взаимодействия государства и бизнеса в целях обеспечения устойчивого развития экономики на инновационной основе. Предложены основные направления повышения эффективности взаимодействия государства, частного бизнеса и институтов гражданского общества для обеспечения экономического роста и социализации общественных отношений. The report proposed a conceptual approach to the formation of institutions and mechanisms of interaction between government and business in order to ensure sustainable economic development based on innovation. We propose basic directions of improving the efficiency of interaction between government, private business and civil society institutions to ensure economic growth and socialization of public relations.
