Abstract

В статье на конкретных цифрах и фактах показано, что российская экономика с начала рыночных реформ и по сей день находится в кризисном состоянии. Переход на новую модель инновационного развития, хотя и становится общепризнанным, но решительных мер в правительственных кругах не принимается. Раскрываются основные положения новой экономической политики. The article on the specific facts and figures shows that the Russian economy since the beginning of market reforms and to this day is in crisis. The transition to a new model of innovation development, although widely known, but decisive action in government circles is not accepted. The basic provisions of the new economic policy are revealed.
