Abstract

В докладе рассматривается участие России в международном движении капитала на современном этапе (2003-2009 гг.). Показаны особенности интеграции страны в мировую систему движения капитала, недостатки сложившейся модели. Исследуются некоторые теоретические и практические аспекты управления движением капитала. На основании такого анализа предлагаются меры по трансформации существующей модели участия России в трансграничных капитальных потоках. The scientific report studies modern model (2003-2009) of Russian Economy integration into the world capital movement.Among other aspects, the author analyses disproportins in balance of payments. Export of capital by State, Corporate and Financial Sectors is considered from the point of view of national interests. Several theoretical and practical aspects of capital inflow\outflow regulations are described.
