Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам выхода России из системного кризиса, обсуждаемым на первом Российском экономическом конгрессе, проходящим с 7 по 12 декабря 2009 года в Москве под эгидой Новой экономической ассоциации и Секции экономики отделения общественных наук РАН. Уделено внимание анализу влияния результатов кризиса на экономику России, путям преодоления кризисных явлений и механизмам минимизации их последствий, необходимым мерам государственного регулирования социально-экономического развития с учетом кризиса и зарубежного опыта антикризисных мероприятий и возможности его использования в России. Article is devoted to problems of an exit of Russia from the system crisis, discussed on the first Russian economic congress, passing from December 7 to December 12, 2009 in Moscow under the aegis of New economic association and Section of economy of office of social sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The attention is paid to the analysis of influence of results of crisis on economy of Russia, to ways of overcoming of the crisis phenomena and mechanisms of minimization of their consequences, necessary measures of state regulation of social and economic development taking into account crisis and foreign experience of anti-recessionary actions and possibility of its use in Russia.
