[Land Property relations development within PPP mechanism]

Abstract

Анализ современных форм работы с землей показал, что роль земельных отношений в современной российской экономике возросла. В связи с этим возникает необходимость оценить возможность использования преимуществ современных форм земельных отношений в государственно-частных проектах различных форм для привлечения инвесторов, а также проанализировать основные риски для населения, инвесторов и прочих участников совместных проектов с целью их минимизации. Ключевые слова: государственно-частные проекты, особые экономические зоны, материальные активы The analysis of modern forms of work with the earth showed that the role of the ground relations increased in modern Russian economy. In this regard there is a need to estimate possibility of use of advantages of modern forms of the ground relations in state-private projects of various forms for involvement of investors, and also to analyse the main risks for the population, investors and other participants of joint projects for the purpose of their minimization.
