Abstract

The article focuses on special cases of land relationships within the special economic zones (SEZ) research. For example allowances for investors attraction to SEZ, such as land allowances for residents. The results of the residents' SEZ "Dubna" survey brought to light the lack of trust to the effectiveness of allowances, shortage of attraction mechanisms. That is why it is reasonable to analyze the existing preferences for SEZ residents an suggest some new programs.
