Abstract

'Daten von Unternehmen' und 'Daten über Unternehmen' sind essenziell zur Beantwortung von relevanten Fragen in einer Vielzahl von Teilgebieten der Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Die Verfügbarkeit dieser Daten ist jedoch nicht ausreichend – nicht zuletzt durch zu hohe Kosten und fehlenden Zugriff auf vorhandene Daten, hochkomplexe Nutzungsvorschriften und eine fehlende Datenverknüpfbarkeit. Die vorliegende Stellungnahme der Arbeitsgruppe Unternehmensdaten verdeutlicht die existierenden Probleme und stellt Lösungsansätze vor, die idealerweise in künftige Gesetzesvorhaben Eingang finden sollten.
