Der Stand der Dinge zur forschungsethischen Begutachtung in den Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften - Ergebnisse einer Umfrage unter Forschenden

Abstract

Bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten spielen auch ethische Gesichtspunkte eine Rolle: Forschung sollte möglichst weder für Teilnehmende an Forschungsprojekten noch für die Gesellschaft negative Folgen haben. Zunehmend werden durch nationale und internationale wissenschaftliche Zeitschriften Nachweise über eine forschungsethische Begutachtung gefordert. Eine in der 7. Berufungsperiode des RatSWD neu eingesetzte "Arbeitsgruppe Forschungsethik" hat im Frühjahr 2021 eine bundesweite systematische Erhebung bei mehr als 1000 Forschenden verschiedener Statusgruppen aus vom RatSWD vertretenen Disziplinen durchgeführt, um deren Unterstützungsbedarfe für die forschungsethische Begutachtung ihrer Forschungsvorhaben zu ermitteln
