Abstract

The purpose of the study is to create a history of experimental theater of the 20th century, understood as a laboratory of public speech. According to the concept of the materiality of the performance, which is created by performative means, the voice, the space of the performance, the presence are subject to the time frame of the performance. Speaking can be viewed as a multimedia performance. The historical incidents investigated in our work allow us to consider how speech is deconstructed in the theater as a means of communication.
