Abstract

The paper proposed ways to describe the (coding) events associated with the mood of protest. The review of modern methods of extraction of protest events, and the way the events of extraction used in the laboratory. The above methods and techniques can be adapted to describe and retrieve events not related to the protests (natural disasters, implementation of new technologies, military-political confrontation, etc.). The paper describes a simple programming system for dynamic annotation of news feeds.
