Abstract

In this paper, the focus is regional policy for people with disabilities, it is considered in the context of compliance with the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and real families queries with disabilities, estimated on the basis of a poll. Taking into account the budget sufficiency six pilot regions and the volume of expenses for social policy analysis of their strengths and weaknesses, presents risks and opportunities for improving regional policy.
