Abstract

The current state of the Russian anti-corruption legislation does not meet the social expectations of a decisive and tangible decrease in the level of corruption offenses in the country. It is necessary to revise the current legislation with the subsequent streamlining of the regulatory legal framework for combating corruption. The block related to the participation of society in lawmaking and management, civil, criminal, and administrative legislation, primarily in terms of clarifying definitions, needs serious revision and amendments.
