Abstract

Improving the system of public administration is one of the important tasks of implementing state policy. To this end, the search, development and implementation of the most effective technologies in the field of work with civil service personnel are currently being conducted. Especially it concerns the formation of reserves of management personnel for the highest positions of the state civil service and public positions. In this regard, it becomes urgent to improve the diagnostic tools that provide a comprehensive resource analysis of candidates to the reserves of management personnel at all stages of working with them, allowing to support the personal, professional and career development of reserve participants from diagnosis at the entrance to release from the reserve for a new position.
