Abstract

The research work is devoted to the study of managerial success of the head of the public civil service system, its factors and prognostic parameters based on the psychobiographical analysis of the data array. Authors carried out a theoretical analysis of scientific research on the problem of psychobiographical factors of managerial success in domestic and foreign scientific research. Authors revealed the methodology of studying the personality of a leader using an analysis of the facts of his biography and proved the inter-subjectivity of the psychobiographical method, its essence and content, including from the standpoint of the history of its occurrence and directions of development. The possibility of considering a number of biographical facts as career success factors is scientifically substantiated, and empirical evidence suggests that a number of these factors can be its predictors. The results of the study confirm the possibility and potentiality of using a psychobiographical analysis of managerial success in personnel work in the state civil service and in the formation of personnel reserves.
