Abstract

This paper presents a solution to the problem of developing a competency model for a system of personal growth of management and teaching staff in areas of competence, aimed at promoting the information policy of educational organizations through expanding the opportunities for information openness and increasing the level of social trust, and assessing the quality of information resources created by educational organizations.
