Abstract

The effectiveness of the activities of civil servants and, first of all, top-level managers is largely determined by the degree of their social orientation, as well as by the leading value orientations. Currently, an integral technology for assessing the social orientation and the system of value orientations of civil servants is becoming more and more in demand, which could provide objective results on the current level of the social orientation of a civil servant. This work is devoted to the problem of developing such a technology.
