Abstract

Foreign theory and practice of implementing development policies is of interest to the Russian Federation in terms of both positive and negative lessons. An analysis of scientific studies published in 2010-2018 in English and official documents of international organizations devoted to development policies provides grounds for identifying generalized models for the implementation of such policies, the conditions for their implementation and the possibilities of using foreign experience in Russia.
