Abstract

In this article the practical aspects of the implementation of social policy in the Russian Federation in the most significant areas, such as demography and migration, labor market and income are revealed on the basis of the monitoring of socio-economic status and health of the population in the period from January 2015 to August 2016. Emphasis is placed on considering the dynamics of consumer prices and their impact on incomes and poverty, access to housing and credit activity. An estimantion of the position of the household sector, social well-being of the population and the perception of individuals of the processes occurring in the economy was perfomed with the help of sociological inquiry.
