Abstract

The work deals with the problems and prospects of further education in Russia and in the West. One place to start research tasks in the work is to determine the nature of the impact of the global challenges to the system of supplementary education, followed by detection of the desired reaction on her part. The study was conducted using an original methodological (kartoid) approach and its tools. At its base we propose a new interactive format - Keykises (a Keykis model of development). Process-oriented approach in the management of the educational process in the business education program considered in this work as one of the most important means of improving the quality and commercial efficiency.
