Abstract

Currently, there is no methodology for determining routine medical needs that considering the public demand for modern medical care. Methods of determining the boundaries of state guarantees are not formed. The structure of the state order for health services that would consider the rational activity of medical institutions with the standards and practices of health care. Thus, the need to provide the public demand for medical care in the form of a standardized set of medical services and medicines becomes crucial in the formation of the program of state guarantees of the provision of free medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation.
