Abstract

At the present stage of development of the public sector continues to search for ways to improve the regulation of the activities of state and local government agencies. The most pressing problem at the moment is building a logical connection between being introduced into the budget process-oriented software tools, including the state (municipal) tasks, and state and municipal programs. The paper discusses the currently existing lists of state and municipal services and works, the system of indicators of quality of services and works used in state and local government jobs, methods for calculating financial support of public tasks and offers recommendations to further improve the performance of state (municipal) tasks.
