Abstract

The concept of sustainable socio-economic development in balance with the environment lies in the fact that human society through the production, demographic processes and other forces putting strong pressure on our planet's ecosphere. All this leads to its degradation, and only immediate transition to sustainable development will meet the existing needs, while ensuring budyruim generations the same opportunity. Significant problems for the market is the uncertainty and lack of foresight. Uncertainty largely gives rise to a lack of knowledge about the laws of the functioning of ecological and economic systems, which leads to predictable and difficult to ignore the long-term effects in market solutions. This is primarily due to the fact that today's market is mainly focused on getting quick results at any cost.
