Abstract

The article is devoted to acute issues of modern economic theory of welfare and the role of regulatory paradigm in science. All areas and trends of economics equally admit positive and normative research, but conceptual features, the specificity of regulatory paradigm, its logical and ontological features still remain controversial. The latter is important to justify the inclusion of new objects in the consideration of the economic theory of welfare and development of new aspects of known objects and issues of economics.
