Abstract

In order to manage the revenue base of municipal budgets is needed to complete the classification on different grounds. Existing classifications make it impossible to fully assess the real ability to influence to develop its own revenue base. When conducting analyzes required classification of "source of income". This classification allows us to identify sources of revenue. The municipality may define reserves for social and economic self-development of the territory.
